Study Purpose

To determine if the use of Fitbit monitors and predetermined daily step goals are effective strategies to increase daily physical activity in adolescents.

Details

All participants will be provided a Fitbit flex electronic monitor to wear throughout the day for 12 weeks. Some participants will also be provided a daily goal for steps taken. Fitbit step data will be available to the research team.
